The Electoral College is a body of electors established by the United States Constitution. Every 4 years, it decides the President and the Vice President of the United States. To win the majority of the presidency, you have to win 270 out the 538 electoral votes. Every state in the electoral college combines it's House members and two senators to give it the number of the electoral votes. For Example, Wyoming has 1 United States Representative and 2 United States Senators, giving it 3 electoral votes.
