Mama Grizzly is a term coined by the former Republican Governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin, during the 2010 Mid-term elections to describe strong Conservative women who stand up for fiscal responsibility and family values. The "Mama Grizzlies" are often aligned with the TEA Party, and, while they first made an appearance in 2010, will always continue to bring positive change to America. Mama Grizzlies are known for often being Washington outsiders, meaning they don't take part in insider deals and corruption. In fact, their founder, Governor Palin, has fought corruption in every office she has held, including getting rid of her own private jet and private chef, defeating the corrupt Governor of her own party, and turning in the corrupt chair of her own party to be fined $12,000.
